RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
Reservation guaranteed for a minimum stay of 2 nights with a transfer of 50% of the total.
Balance on arrival by cash or by credit card: Visa – Master Card (no prepaid)
Tourist tax € 0.80 per day per person
CHECK IN – CHECK OUT
Check in between 3 pm and 7 pm
Let me know your arrival time in advance in order to reach you for the meeting.
Please inform me by phone if you are late or have special requests.
Upon arrival, after the delivery of a valid identity document for registration, you will be given the keys of the apartment.
A deposit of € 200.00 is required.
Check out at 9 am on the day of departure
After this time, 1 additional night will be charged. Upon delivery of the keys, an apartment check will be carried out to check the conditions.
Any damage or deficiencies will be counted and deducted from the deposit.
BOOKING CANCELLATION
Free up to 15 days before arrival.
SUPPLEMENTS
The linen for beds and bath and the cot with linen is available on request, with a supplement of Euro 10,00 per person.
FINAL CLEANING
The cost of final cleaning of the apartment is € 50.00 and does not include cleaning the kitchen with all its elements (dishes, furnishings, appliances etc.) which is charged to guests.
